GPA in prerequisites courses must be 2.5 or higher. Provide grade received for courses completed with a grade of C or above. Note semester/year of expected completion for all other courses.

Students must complete these courses prior to entry into the second level or the program. These courses do not need to be completed to apply for the first year of nursing program.
