While continuing to coach at the high school level Stephens became the Head Men's Club Volleyball Coach at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY. In 1998 he added the additional coaching responsibility of Assistant Women's Volleyball coach at LeMoyne College (Northeast 10 Conference, NCAA DII) which he held until accepting the Head Women's Volleyball position at LCC. While at LeMoyne College he helped the volleyball program to enjoy its unprecedented success, helping to achieve 7, 20(+) win seasons and 7 berths into the Northeast 10 Conference Championships. Coach Stephens has been involved in science education for many years as a science teacher, naturalist at a nature center, outreach coordinator for the Museum of Science & Technology in Syracuse, NY and proprietor of ScienceSource, an educational science outreach company. Coach Courtney Heiser A recent graduate of Western New Mexico University
with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Coach Courtney Heiser has four
years of NCAA collegiate volleyball playing experience. While at Western
New Mexico she was the four-year starting setter and captain of her team.
She received various awards including setter of the year, first team all-conference,
Colorado School of Mines Tournament MVP, Adams State Tournament all-tournament
team, and first team all-academic for the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
Prior to the RMAC she received awards including first team all-conference,
conference championship tournament MVP, and nine time setter of the week
awards in the Heartland Conference.
