Dual credit
Dual credit (or Post Secondary Educational Opportunities) courses enable high school students to receive, simultaneously, both high and college-level credit. The primary purpose is to deliver high-quality college experience to high performing high school students. These courses challenge the student in rigorous college-level coursework. To be eligible, students must be 16 years of age and be in their junior or senior year of high school. Specific placement tests may be required for admission to some college courses.
