Below are some possible solutions to your problem.
Are you connecting over a dial-up internet connection?
Due
to the slower speeds of a dial-up connection, the quality of
a live webcast can be extremely low or the live webcast may
not be viewable at all. If you are connecting over a dial-up
connection then you may have difficulties with one of the above
mentioned problems.
Are you attempting to connect at the appropriate time?
The
Webcast will only be activated at the times specified on the
previous page.
Do you have Windows Media Player installed?
If you do have windows media player, do you have the latest
version?
If you are behind a firewall,
you must disable it to allow the stream to be seen on your computer. If
you have a personal firewall, i.e., Zone Alarm, you must shut
it down. Some
corporations set up a firewall to protect their networks. If you
are behind a corporate firewall you will not be able to view
the Webcast.
Still having problems connecting?
If you are still
having problems connecting, perform the following operations: 1. Open Windows
Media Player
2. Click on file and then click "open url"
