Whether you want to pursue a career in law enforcement, court administration, corrections, or law, start with the Criminal Justice program at Lamar Community College! Our program provides legal, technical, and procedural knowledge and skills necessary for students to launch a career in these fields, among others.
The program is designed to provide the necessary foundation for a student to transfer to a four-year college or university as well as advance careers for professionals currently employed in law enforcement who want to upgrade their knowledge and skills. This degree is designed to prepare students for careers in:
• Law Enforcement
• Homeland Security
• Juvenile Justice
• Private Investigations

- Tuition based on total number of credits taken.
- The cost may vary from semester to semester.
Upon completion of the program, students also have accomplished the core general education courses that fulfill the lower division general education requirements of Arts and Sciences at Colorado four-year institutions.
